I have made (and eaten) a few cakes in my time as a Chef, Baker and a Mum.

I am passionate about using natural ingredients and use nothing artificial in my cakes and baking. Yes there will be a little bit of sugar but I choose to use raw sugars. I stay away from preservatives and use natural colouring and flavours. I bake with spelt flour, unbleached flours and gluten free alternatives.

I have a registered kitchen and my Food Safety Plan has  been verified by the Western Bay Council.
