A modified version of an old classic family recipe. Handed down from my Nana Nola.
Christmas fruit mix is made from scratch and soaked in brandy to allow flavours to develop. Cake is then baked on a low heat and then left to mature.
Two flavour options (Classic or Chocolate) either Iced with brandy butter icing or decorated with almonds.
Available in 3 different sizes:
400gram/ 8cm round (small gift / hamper size)
1.5kg/15 cm round (small family)
2kg/20cm round (large family)
