Lemony biscuit base with coconut, oats and dried apricot. Iced with a zesty lemon icing.

Available by the whole slab:

8 large or 16 small pieces

 

Storage / health and safety:

All slices and brownies should be refrigerated but are best eaten at room temperature. Slices and brownies are best eaten within 3 days and can be frozen  if you have any leftovers (yeah right!). 

Please advise if you have any allergies. As I bake with nuts, gluten and dairy I cannot eliminate cross contamination.


Pick-up 

Thursday, Friday and Saturday mornings between 10.00am -12.00pm, from The Kitchen,  38 Wilson Road, Waihi Beach.

Please contact me directly to arrange pick up outside of these times/days.

Order cut-off times:

Order by midday Tuesday for baking and sourdough. Please allow 1 weeks notice for bespoke cakes and dessert platters.
