Choose from either
Hummingbird Cake; tropical sponge cake made with coconut, pineapple and banana. Finished with cream cheese icing and passion fruit couli.
Wicked Chocolate Cake; layered with either dark chocolate ganache or salted caramel buttercream. All finished with chocolate ganache and optional caramelised cornflake crunch, macadamia nut brittle or chocolate shards.
White Chocolate and Vanilla Bean; white chocolate vanilla cake, vanilla bean buttercream, freeze fried raspberry and/ or sprinkles. White chocolate shards.
Storage / health and safety:
All cakes are best eaten at room temperature and stored in a air tight container in the refrigerator. Enjoy within 3 days.
