9" Layer cake decorated in Baked Boutiques signature style.

Semi naked icing finish.

Made with organic white spelt flour and raw sugars.

Gluten Free available on request.


Choose from:

Lemon and Coconut/ cream cheese icing, freeze dried raspberry, pistachio

Carrot and Ginger/ cream cheese icing, seeded praline

Chocolate Stracciatella/ cream cheese filling, dark chocolate ganache finish, freeze dried cherries

Orange and Almond /dark chocolate ganache finish, almond praline (GF) 

Please specify in the notes which cake you would like to order. 

Storage / health and safety:

All cakes should be refrigerated but are best eaten at room temperature and
within 3 days. 

Please advise if you have any allergies. As I bake with nuts, gluten and dairy I cannot eliminate cross contamination.


Thursday, Friday and Saturday mornings between 10am -12pm from The Kitchen,  38 Wilson Road, Waihi Beach.

Order cut-off times:

Order by midday Tuesday for baking and sourdough. Please allow 2 weeks notice for bespoke cakes and dessert platters.
