All loaves are made with either organic spelt flour or gluten free flours and raw unrefined sugars. All Loaves can be made Gluten free.

Storage / health and safety:
All loaves are best eaten at room temperature and stored in a air tight container in the refrigerator. Enjoy within 3 days fresh or can be cut and frozen.
Please advise if you have any allergies. As I bake with nuts, gluten and dairy I cannot eliminate cross contamination.
Thursday, Friday and Saturday mornings between 10.00am -12.00pm, from The Kitchen, 38 Wilson Road, Waihi Beach.

Order by midday Tuesday for baking and sourdough. Please allow 1 weeks notice for bespoke cakes and dessert platters.
